Orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues. You will be notified and refunded in such cases.
We ship across India. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items with original tags. Customized/printed items are non-returnable unless defective. To initiate a return, WhatsApp us at 9024104127 with your order number and photos.
We accept payments via Razorpay, PayU, and Cash on Delivery. All online transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. THENEXIN is not responsible for payment failures due to bank/network issues.
